Warranty Statement

KASDA offers limited warranty for all products that are purchased from any KASDA’s authorized distributor globally. 

Please keep the original purchase invoice or receipt or warranty card for future warranty requests. Any damage of packaging, cables, power supplies or other accessories will not be covered.

The warranty request would be declined if one of the following issues were found:

a. Products have been disassembled or damaged by any physical force. For example, improper voltage input, heat/water damage, etc.

b. Products or built-in softwares or firmwares have been altered or modified.

c. Products have not been used and installed properly in accordance to user’s manual.

d. The usage of products is longer than the warranty period.

e. All damages caused by force majeure. For example: earthquake, fire, lightning, etc.

KASDA reserves the right for any interpretation or modification of warranty policy without advanced notice.
